The room was really lovely. Great view, great location. Lovely breakfast that is well worth paying for, you won't get better any cheaper in Reykjavik. Had one evening meal there which was fantastic. Well-located in the Harbor District, very close to a bus stop and within easy walking distance to Harpa, restaurants, museums, shopping areas and other attractions. Very courteous and helpful staff. Good variety of breakfast items, and convenient bar and food service if one wishes to stay in.

Hotel was great. Wonderful restaurant. I highly recommend that you include the breakfast in your stay. One of the best buffet breakfast list I’ve ever had. The location is convenient to the bus routes and an easy walk into the shopping area where there are many restaurants and bars

The twin beds felt small, but the room felt cozy. Coffee machines were great, and good amount of closet space. They did not have A/C which we will look out for next time we book a place; because having the window open didn't allow us to sleep, noisy road next to us.

Lovely hotel

We stayed at the Marina hotel for a long weekend in February/March. It was super cold outside and toasty warm in the hotel. I even had to turn our radiator off and open a window through the night. The balcony was awesome and looked out over the harbour which was fab. The lounge area and library is amazing and great to sit and read or just take in the ambience with a drink or a coffee.
