Three night concert trip
Although the hotel is located east of the centre of Reyjavik, there is a good selection of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Check-in was a little slow because only one of the two staff on the front desk was engaging with arriving guests. The rooms are modern, clean and generally well-equipped (tea and coffee maker but no room safe) and were serviced daily. There is a good selection of food at breakfast. On the downside we were put in a first floor room at the front of the hotel overlooking the street. There was quite a lot of noise from tour buses and people waiting to board them, both early in the morning and late at night. The hotel car park is small and congested. It was completely full when we arrived and the front desk staff were not particularly helpful in suggesting alternatives and giving directions.

Well located hotel, very clean and tidy. Parking was very limited and space not always available. There are no room safes and the safe in the reception area was broken when we arrived. Breakfast was very good and plentiful and staff were very nice and helpful. Limited drinks available in bar however you are a stones throw from another bar unrelated to this hotel.

Hotel was in a good location easy walking distance to the main shopping area. Whilst the room was clean there was no storage except a small rail with 6 hangers so we lived out of our cases which wasn’t very convenient . Also no safe which was included on the itinerary of the room, and when enquired about using the hotel safe told it was broke!!

Clean, perfect location, bus stop 12 is right across the street which is convenient for tours. Free breakfast was a great bonus. Room is a little small, no closet or dresser to put luggage. Bathroom had a nice towel warmer on the wall. I would definitely stay again.
