We arrived around 11, even though check in was at 3.. we changed for our bathing suits and went to the beach… they told us it might be ready by 1.. we kept checking the status of our room but it wasn’t ready until 4pm!!! Once we got situated in our room (908) the a/c wasn’t working .. so after we keep pushing the issue with management, they gave us another room (1706) Room seem clean but lil by lil you started notice that walls were moldy or dirty behind the beds. Security didn’t care about anything… we arrived on a holiday weekend.. many young kids probably from high school were there.. some of them were drinking like there is no tomorrow , trashing the beach, throwing can of beer wherever… they had a speaker with music too loud that people constantly had to tell them to put the music a bit down, even thought there was music playing around the beach bar area… later at night this kids continued their party after hours … making imposible to relax.. room cleaning service doesn’t come until 5 pm.. really inconvenient not to have a room clean. Food in the buffet area was limited… thankfully we didn’t have the all inclusive..it would have been a waste of money.. we just had the breakfast included … we have been in other hotels all inclusive and food menu is bigger, this hotel was basic. We won’t stay here again, we rather pay extra an be in a beach where isn’t too crowded, food is better and employees care about their guests

The property has the best location on West Bay as it is fronted by the best part of the beach. The furnishings need an update as they are quite aging, but the highlight of this place is the bar area. The bartenders are very friendly and they can make you feel like family. I enjoyed my stay because of them. Marya and Frank are excellent!
