We spent a perfect night here and we could not be more happy! Great location, the room was very clean and beautiful. The room had a very good view with all the facilities. Lovely accommodations Location is great, close to the metro, bus stops and within walking distance of most of the attractions. The street was actually very quiet yet close to everything. The building is beautiful and updated and the room itself was good sized and really nice with large shower. During the day it was always sun inside the room, because it was located on the 4th floor. Room was very clean and comfortable, would highly recommend.

Will get back to Rome and will try again AGH Babuino. We had an incredible stay at AGH that is near the Spanish Steps! The space of the room and the bathroom exceeded our expectations, a rare find in such a central location. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Rome’s best area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend! It was great.

Great location and the Suite was amazing. Beds were very comfortable which was exactly what was needed after a long day strolling around Rome. The rooms feel luxurious. Lighting is very modern. Access was by code which was a bit easier than finding a key! The mini bar was stocked with complementary juices/water which was also a nice touch. I'll be recommending AGH Capranica to all family or friends who plan a trip to Roma!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Rome, just steps away from the iconic Spanish Steps. The location couldn't have been better. The room was spotless. A special shoutout to Nicola, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His helpfulness and humor added a personal touch to the experience. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Rome! Highly recommend, it is the best stay in Rome.The room is perfect to stay in for a mini break. Your are in walking distance of all shops & Metro. It is about 10 minutes walk to the Trevi Fontain and 15 minutes walk to the Pantheon. The room is luxurious and well curated, a very comfortable bed. 4th time in Rome. Best location and accommodation yet. Rooms were so clean. Bed super comfortable and bathroom was immaculate. We could also watch on the TV international channels!

Calm and relaxing stay. Would definitely stay at AGH Babuino in Rome again!The location is centrally located and close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. We reserved the Junior Suite number B101 and if you open the window and look on the left you could see Spanish square!. The room was impeccably clean and modern. Loved the lighting! Check in was very easy with our pass code. Mini bar included and very nice shower. The place is very well located in a calm area but also within 2 minutes of shops, restaurants and Villa Borghese. WIFI connection was very fast.

Fabulous guest house experience. Superb location just off the summit of the Spanish steps. Trevi, Pantheon, Villa Borghese all within a short distance. Note: if you are taking the metro with heavy bags, take the lift at Spagna station on the left-hand side just before you exit to avoid carrying them up the Spanish steps (was a good workout for me!). Nicola is a superb host. In my opinion, if you're not familiar with Rome, this is a much better option than a hotel since you have direct access to local knowledge with Nicola. His comms were first class. The room is larger than your typical hotel room. The wardrobe was very big. Open the windows for fresh air and it's not noisy considering how central you are. There are taxis driving up the road outside and a taxi rank about 30 meters towards the Spanish steps. This was very useful for grabbing a taxi to the airport when leaving. Otherwise, the metro station is a few meters further.

A perfect place to visit Rome. It was a fantastic location, room was extremely spacious to house 2 teenage boys and myself. Highly recommended if you are independent travellers. Everything was perfect! Location, service, the apartments are new, modern and stylish. Communication with host was brilliant and helpful. We should spend more days, if back to Rome will be back to the apartments for sure

Excellent Stay! Highly recommended I wish I could give a 20 out of 10. The rooms look exactly like the pictures and the location is perfect! It took us about 1 min to get to the Spanish steps and about 10mins to Trevi fountain by foot. We have been traveling along Europe and by far one of the best stays I’ve had so far in Europe. Struttura incredibile in uno dei palazzi più belli di Roma. La struttura si trova al quarto piano ed è presente un ascensore grande e nuovissimo. La camera era stata appena terminata e arredata con mobili in legno realizzati su misura e tappezzerie in pelle di colore verde acqua. La camera era estremamente spaziosa. Anche il bagno era molto confortevole ed elegante, con i rivestimenti in travertino bianco e rosso e con una seduta nella doccia. Le finestre erano nuovissime, con i tripli vetri e avevano anche gli scuri in legno per coprire tutta la luce. Uno posto unico! Affacciandoci dalle 2 finestre della camere potevamo vedere Via del Babuino e Piazza di Spagna. Torneremo sicuramente tra qualche mese. Grazie!
