The bath Room had no shower gel capsules There was a kettle & tea / coffee etc but only 1 mug and no spoon

A Horrendous Hotel Room Experience
To my astonishment, I have never encountered a hotel that was more unsanitary and disheveled than this one. The customer service was exceptionally poor, and toiletries were not provided. Upon request for handwashing liquid or soup, they informed me that they were out of stock. The blinds were broken, there were no curtains, and the window did not close properly and no hangers were available for cloth hanging. Additionally, maintenance work was being carried out simultaneously with hotel room bookings. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to a profoundly negative experience.
Wood particles everywhere in the room.
Used toilet paper found on the floor upon checked in.
