Small beach town with lots of local places to eat and see. Beautiful beaches with no tall buildings. Easy to get around. Snowbirds love to go there. Does have a small airport for ease to fly in to. great temps year round. Has a marina on river.

We loved the beach. The Saturday Farmers Market was wonderful, especially the breakfast burritos and the aßaí bowls.

Vero Beach is an upscale beach area. We ride our bikes and the area within the beach town is not set up with bike lanes or racks. Most of the eateries/bars did not feel casual for the beach/shorts vibe, but more of the upscale resort wear vibe.

It's a cute town with nice beach walks and restaurants and shops but there is a lots of road rage in Vero! In a week I was honked at yelled at, takes in a very dangerous way. I works be a bit afraid to drive there again.

Everything shuts down somewhat early but at this point in life that's not an issue so if your looking for a very nice place with good restaurants, Vero is a good choice.

"Anytime I go down to Vero Beach, I am sure to stay at Costa. They treat you like family, nothing is ever a hassle, and the food and drinks and amenities are superb. Splurge and let yourself be a guest at Costa, I promise you will not regret it! "
"Nice boutique hotel. We had the corner suite with 3 beds, perfect for a family of four. A/c worked hard but the fans helped keep the room comfortable on 90+ degree days. 2 minute walk to a beautiful wide beach."
