Attention at front desk and room was excellent. I checked in at 2:00am and was pleasantly surprised that on my room card case it was written check out at 2:00pm. I highly recommend the hotel. Breakfast is included too!

Royal International Hotel, Georgetown.

Quite a big hotel so it was easy to get a booking when all other major chains were fully booked. Located in upscale Georgetown. Very good gym (Space). Downside, wifi wasn't great in my room on the 3rd floor, so I spent most times working out of the lobby. Food was just average. Staff were 5-Star.

Pros and Cons of the hotel

Here are my pros and cons of staying at this hotel: Pros - Beds are comfortable. Price was good. Service was good. Cons - Power outlets were not Guyana standard they were 220V. Restaurants was not open past 9 PM. No Room Service. Breakfast even though included and open until 10 AM was not refilled after 9 AM.

Hotel was amazing. New property. I hope they maintain it. Staff was attentive to every need. Breakfast catered a bit to local Guyanese cuisine. Could have used more variety Guyanese fruits tho. They only had pine and watermelon every single morning. Bed was totally comfortable. Ac was top notch. You feel like you're in china or Thailand when yourein this hotel. One thing is troubling there is a bad scent in the hotel hallways I believe perhaps the sewer. This needsto be fixed

Loved the Hotel! Location was great and staff was helpful. The room was clean. I enjoyed the free breakfast buffet fresh fruits, and pastries. Great way to start the day! Considering the affordable price, the hotel delivered excellent value. I would recommend this hotel for families, friends or even solo travelers.

The hotel has a few strong points: the rooms are clean and spacious, and the central location is very convenient. However, several issues made the stay less enjoyable. There was a persistent sewage smell outside and an unpleasant odor in the kitchen/dining area. Room keys had to be reset daily, which was frustrating. Communication was difficult as most staff spoke little to no English. Additionally, the hotel only offers 220V outlets, which can be problematic for some travelers. Overall, while the room quality and location are positives, the other shortcomings need improvement.

Definitely One Of The Best Hotels In Guyana! Recently opened and management is already at its peak. We got a king size room with a balcony view and the entire stay was amazing. The room service, AC, quiet rooms and great location from shopping was ideal. The bathrooms were super clean/Huge and everything work as intended. Complimentary Breakfast from 7-10 made it easy and convenient with a wide variety of brunch and some Chinese delicacy. Definitely my go-to hotel from now on!

A very comfortable and welcoming hotel. The hotel suites are very comfortable and contemporary, offering air conditioned rooms, well equipped bathrooms with powerful showers and standard toiletries and fresh bathroom linen. While the staff are mainly Chinese, they are very helpful and at your disposal should you have a requirement. The English speaking reception staff are beyond helpful and will assist you with all your needs. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Many delicious options for all dietary requirements. I stayed a week at the Royal International Hotel and would definitely stay at this very well located hotel again. Definitely worth a stay.
