The hotel is in a good location with an easy walk to lots of sites. Great views from the dining area which has a lovely views - whether having breakfast or a drink in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was just as described and lots of choice at breakfast. Overall a lovely experience.

Only had 2 nights, but the hotel was great. Very professional. They have kiosk check in to free up the service people if you needed it so never too long, the free wine and some nibblies between 6 and. 8 pm did go down rather well, and the view from the 25th floor - where the guest lounge is, is amazing.

Wonderful hotel experience! Amazing views fom room and lounge/breakfast area in 25th floor. Best breakfast for a westerner I’ve had in Japan. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only little bad thing I can say is that windows could be a little more soundproof for traffic noise.

The hotel is well situated, less than 30 minute walk from Memorial park, Hiroshima Station, shopping, Hiroshima castle tower, ... The views from the 25th floor lounge/restaurant are really nice. Staff was super helpful.

The location is great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The upstairs lounge is a very nice feature, it was nice to go upstairs and enjoy the view with a glass of wine in the evenings. The room is comfortable with a lovely view of the city. I would stay here again.

Hiroshima’s downtown is extremely busy and parking is a premium. Taxis are a better option. This hotel is an excellent option at an affordable cost. I highly recommend it. Go to breakfast as soon as they open to get a choice table near the window.
