Arrived into Melbourne late, called and arranged for payment and discussed after hours access. Hassle free transaction and located in a great area. Had all the amenities for a short trip and easy checkout. Close to the Australian Open and was a great price. Will definitely stay again.

Staff were late upon check in- causing me to be late to park my car and for my conference. People waiting out the front in the cold- not sure how to get in or check in at 8am. No communication about there being no wifi until I arrived- had to use my 4G. Staff were not prompt in resolving this. No forks or scissors. Tv in bedroom was not connected to an Ariel/tv. Staff at adora were rude and dismissive- unclear around central apartments and their operations.

Unfortunately it felt like i was being harrassed to an extent . They came across incompetent. Staff should all be following the same checklist at check in .. Instead pick and choose when they want to enforce their requirements . Staff knocking on doors as they opening door instead of JUST knocking first. Felt violated .
