AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN. I WOULD BEG YOU NOT TO STAY HERE. AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FILTHY. HAIRS AND PUBES IN SHOWER DIRT SPIDERS AND DUST EVERYWHERE. IF I WAS FORCED TO SAY SOMETHING NICE I WOULD SAY GOOD LOCATION BUT THAT IS IT

Terrible, no wifi, no heating, windows let in freezing air and walls are paper thin you can hear everything. No contact at all from managing team, the provided WhatsApp number showed status of last online 4 months ago. Again--no wifi at all! This is contrary to what description said. Borderline scam, do not come.

Schlimmste Unterkunft die wir jemals hatten!!!! Dicke Staubschicht sowie benutzte Taschentücher vom Vorgänger unter dem Bett.Matratzen durchgelegen. 3 von 4 Lampen gingen nicht( nicht deutsch sprechenden Putzmann um Abhilfe gebeten, nichts passiert!) Unterkunft per WA oder tel. überhaupt nicht erreichbar!!! die angegebene Telefonnummer war seit Oktober 2024 nicht mehr online!!! Täuschung??Durchzug und Kälte im ganzen Haus wegen fehlender Glasscheibe im Gemeinschaftsraum und offenem Trockenboden. Dadurch klapperte unsere Zimmertür. Treppengeländer fehlte, Halterungen guckten aus der Wand- Verletzungsgefahr!! Fehlende Rauchmelder bzw. Feuerlöscher!! Kein Wlan. Laut durch dünne Wände und Zimmer zur Strasse durch Strassenbahn. Wir hörten das Husten anderer Gäste nachts vom Ende des Flurs!!!Fehlender Stöpsel im Waschbecken, Heizung im Bad kaputt, dadurch Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel in der Dusche.Duschwand aus den Angeln gerissen.Heizung im Zimmer immer auf volle Leistung, ließ sich nicht abdrehen. Sommersteppdecken im Winter. Gemeinsch. Küche nicht einladend, kalter Raum, dort SchrankTüren teilw. aus den Angeln hängend. Wir sind keine anspruchsvollen Menschen, aber hier wird scheinbar nichts investiert. Auch wenn es „ erschwingliche Zimmer“ heisst, ein bisschen mehr „ Standard“ wäre schön und würde für bessere Bewertungen helfen( die haben leider vorher nicht genug gelesen)!! Einzig gut ist die Lage, die Nähe zur U-Bahn.Einkaufen und Gastronomie.

Nunca en mi vida creí estar en un “albergue” así de destruido y sin cuidar. Pareciera que rentan habitaciones a gente sin hogar a precio turista. La habitación dio pena, reservamos con baño privado y resultó ser baño compartido. El responsable del “albergue” nos dijo que era eso lo que reservamos cuando yo mismo busqué una habitación con baño privado, no se quien me ha engañado si el hotel o expedia por proporcionar información falsa. Además tuvimos que pagar un suplemento por un par de toallas limpias para 2 noches. Ni hablar de que se escucha todo tanto de fuera como de las demás habitaciones. Pase una noche de terror por la pelea de otros huéspedes alcoholizados. Y el asco que fue el baño compartido y sin luz. Me da la sensación que alquilan las habitaciones antes de demolerlo porque se cae a pedazos. Nos tuvimos que ir por la noche porque no se podía estar con los portazos y los gritos. Lo bueno es la comunicación con los transportes,al terner paradas de tren , tranvía y buses.
