The place is a staffless establishment, very normal in Japan, but if you need any assistance with anything to do with how to get in or any issues, you can contact them through Expedia message at any time and they will help you out as much as they can. Loves the place! Will absolutely stay there again in the future.

The property is right next to the rail line and the trains run every ten minutes sometines and the noise is terrible 5 am-11:30 pm. We could not sleep and left. The manager did not compensate or change the room. Choose another place to stay.

Good for price, but it could have been better if cleaning is done. It was obvious that the room was not cleaned before our visit. The key at the entrance of the building was a bit tricky. I didn’t expect it to be a touch key with that shape…

The room was quite dusty and full of hairs when we arrived. The kitchenette countertops weren’t clean either. The spare duvet cover had an odd smell to it and the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that was to be expected. Also despite having access to a laundry machine we weren’t provided laundry detergent. I’m not sure if every hotel in this way so I might be wrong on that front. The patio/deck was kinda difficult to access due to the sofa bed being right against the windows that led out to it.

エントランスのオートロックが中々うまく出来ませんでした。メールを見ても理解出来ず、電話したら電話に出ず。１０分以上色々やったが無理で、たまたま外国人がオートロックの仕方を知っていて、どさくさに紛れてエントランスを通過しました。 部屋に入ったらWi-Fiもなく、どうやら設定しないといけなく、私には無理で、旦那が設定をしてくれました。ハッキリいって機械系が苦手な私には無理です。 スマートテレビは外国人は日本のテレビを見ませんが、日本人なら地上波を見て、朝の支度をするのが一般的なので、設置してくれたらいいのにと思いました。 洗濯が出来て良かったです。 トイレも可愛かったです。 部屋は結構綺麗でした。

今回、4泊しました。 宿泊前の問い合わせにも敏速に返信いただき、不安はなかったです。 口コミで多かった衛生面は、特に気にならなかったものの、よく見ると埃が溜まっていた箇所もありました。 交通の便も悪くない場所です。 水回りはきれいで、4泊快適に過ごしました。また大阪に泊まる時には利用したいと思います。

入り方にはコツがいるけど、設備は新しくて充実していたし、エレベーターもあった。アメニティもあり。子連れでお得に長期滞在するなら良いかと。

エントランスの鍵収納箱が開かないし、電車騒音が換気扇からも漏れて来て寝れないし、勝手口から侵入できて安全面も最悪。おまけにホコリすごい。絶対泊まってはいけない。

夜オートロックが使えない事の説明がなかったのに、なかなか連絡もつかなくて、オートロック前で立ち往生になりました。 部屋に説明書等、合鍵の使い方の説明が欲しかったです。 部屋自体は快適でした。

新しいマンションで場所は良い。 しかし、玄関のオートロック、部屋の扉の鍵とも、カギを収納しているキーボックスの性能がイマイチで、エラーがよく出るなど、マニュアル指示通りの操作をしても開かないことがあった。 実際、滞在二日目に玄関のオートロックで15分くらいスタックした。特に深夜にカギ関係のトラブルが有るとサポートの電話もかからないため、このまま朝まで部屋に入れない恐怖感があり、この点だけで、この宿の心象はかなり悪化しました。 あともう一点、バスルームに髪の毛が落ちており、やや不潔感がありました。
