The whole property runs on an app. They don’t have any physical maps or anything. It was very frustrating to have to be on your phone all day to navigate. Additionally, we needed some thing from client services (toothbrush, robes, towels) little things but important. And we completed the in app request and nothing happened. We chatted with guest services through the app 3 times and still didn’t receive the items and complained once in the app because we didn’t get them and because of that it prompted a phone call and we explained we were just looking for some towels (literally only had 2 and no hand towels at all) and toothbrush, robes. And they said no problem we will send them now. And they never came. It became comical, thankfully it wasn’t something critical. We gave up after that. We never did receive the items.
Other then that the staff were very nice , alothough a large percentage of them did not speak English and communication was quite hard.
