Right on Naking pedestrian walk with pretty of restaurants and shops. Room is spaceous. Needs more thorough cleaning of bathroom grouts and minor repairs throughout the place. Easy check in Room Was clean On Didi, it was hard to find because on the DIDI APP, they changed the hotel name to Qichongtian Hotel / Century square Nanjing Road. The restaurant here is good. View from the window was nice. It is right downtown near all the shopping and nearby many good restaurants.

Great location on Nanjing Road with plenty of access to shopping and restaurants. Hotel is old and elevator broke down having to take the stairs from the 16th floor to the 7th. House keeping did come and help with luggage but was not ideal situation at all. Also had hairs on the bed and bathroom that was not mine. Was only staying in Shanghai one night so did not say anything since was only transitioning through.

It is a stay for that.
The restuarant was just ok, a lot of the dishes on the menu were unavailable . The noodles were good but the coffee was just average. The location is good . THe wallpaper is very pretty. The view from the window is good. The safe did not work. There was no battery in it. We got a family room, the small living room was nice. the wifi was average, not slow but not high speed either. The man and woman at the front desk are very professional and nice.
