Great room for when we do our events up at Montage Mountain, they just need to take out the pullout couches and put a full-size bed in there for the additional guest. My worker had to sleep on a pullout couch and the mattress was worn out and not comfortable.

I enjoyed my time there the pool was nice for the kids while I enjoy the hot tub. Breakfast had variety and was difference though out my stay. My room was spacious, clean and a nice view out the windows. Everything was close by for activities shopping and dinning out. The staff were friendly and helpful. This will be the place to stay everytime I'm in town.

Very little complaint! Clean and nice facility. Great location. More supervision of pool advised. Adults throwing kids in pool, drinking alcohol, screaming. Not the hotels fault but ruined the pool time!

Disappointed in this Marriot

We've stayed at several Marriots, however this one was a disappointment. We were in a room where our headboard was right next to the stairs. Heard footsteps all hours of the night. The pool room was cold as was the pool water when it is supposed to be heated. The hot tub was extremely cloudy and dirty.

When i booked it said "Fully Refundable". When I tried to Cancel the Hotel said "Non-Refundable. When i complained to Hotels.com, they sent me to a call Center in India, where i didn't get a refund and an additional monies were electronically stolen from my bank account.
