Nice but needs work.
The property is obviously a remodel and still being worked in. Directly on a road that can be busy and noisy at times. Plenty of room, and bathroom is very nice but water pressure is low, and took a long time to get hot water in the bathroom. Some switches are in odd locations and none are labeled. Ceiling fan in master bedroom is wired incorrectly (both the light and the fan are wired to the dimmer switch). The front door electronic lock needs better instructions on how to unlock and lock. Door catch strike plates are missing - security issue. One of the light bulbs in the light fixture over the kitchen center block is missing the glass. And in the master bedroom the window shades are very inadequate: one is too short, one shade is totally missing and the room needs (blackout) curtains with the windows facing east. The master bedroom skylight is nice but also needs a shade. The outlets in the bathroom and kitchen are also wired incorrectly: there should be a green light on that verifies correct wiring and grounding. Overall an ok place but not as quiet and not as finished as we expected for the price.
