I stayed at Cambria during a long road trip, hoping for a comfortable, quiet place to rest after a long drive. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing, and it seems well-kept at first glance. However, the quality of the building and the soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The noise from the room next door—guys partying, shouting, and laughing—was so loud that even with a white noise machine, it was impossible to sleep. This went on until midnight, when the hotel finally offered to move us to another room. It felt like too little, too late.
On top of that, the cleaning supplies they use are so overpowering that the scent filled the room through the air conditioning and was strong enough to taste in the back of your throat. It was honestly unbearable.
If you like staying in a hotel with terrible soundproofing and strong chemical smells, this place is for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
