Never again
We arrived for a family vacation... When we entered the hotel looked so out dated & had a moldy smell. After we were charged for our entire stay when we arrived we were then notified that the pool was not working & would be closed our entire stay. We had no choice but to stay there being that we were fully charged for all 3 nights up front & if we wanted to cancel it would take us 3-7 business days to get out money back. We walked up to our room & when we entered the hallway there was construction being done & open pain gallons everywhere. Mind you i have a 11yr old & a 2yr old... We get to our room & not even 10mins later my little one starts throwing up & my oldest was crying of a headache. There where noticable holes in the wall & tube was dirty bathroom door didnt close & you could visably see mold on the walls near the windows. I called & they wouldnt help us because their system was down for 4hrs. The hotel moved us to a different room & it was no better. We found our selfs not being able to relax & had to saty out of the hotel litterally until it was time for us to sleep. Our family vacation was ruined & did nothing to help our situation. I Dont think i would ever want to use never again.

Avoid this location! Lackluster staff.
Sub par stay!! Checked in to find the pool was closed for “maintenance” which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Started off bad with with not being able to get into our room for twenty minutes because the keys didn’t work. We got there late at 1am and were woke up at 800am to construction noise because they put us in a room that was one room away from rooms being renovated. We went down to complain, the lady at the desk really could’ve cared less saying there was nothing she could do. The manager should be there soon. Took our number down and would have her call. My husband stayed another three hours waiting to talk to the manager. Got another statement that she would be in soon. Then the last time he went down and was told she wouldn’t be there today, total waste of his time and plans... “She should be here soon” “The manager is at a conference till Monday”, we’re just a couple different excuses we got for his complete waste of time. The “manager on duty” proceeded to make the comment, “Well you can just check out and leave”. To which my husband replied or you can just make things right. Then they decided to see about upgrading our room. The maintenance manager had the best attitude, tried to make things right and helped get us an upgraded room away from construction. The second night was much better. The breakfast was not good at all even for a “free” breakfast. Tasteless/limited warm food. This experience has put a bad taste in our mouth for this Brand of hotels.

They were doing construction the whole time constantly in and out of my room to add furniture and other decor yet never cleaned it once during the three days I was there Wait until the guest leaves to go in their room and do all of that

Hotel itself was okay. The bath tub plug didn’t work which made bathing my kids hard. Pool was DISGUSTING. Smelled like mildew/ ceiling was moldy. Water was murky. Went our first night and never went back, the 2nd day we were there I saw notices that the pool was closed for maintenance. Even once it reopened we were so turned off we never attempted to go check it out. We were all itchy after swimming the one time. The breakfast was good, lots of choices. Location was convenient, but area/ surroundings are run down. The mall down the street was one of the saddest/ emptiest malls I’ve ever been to. Pretty much any restaurant nearby.

Weak WiFi was an issue. Front desk advised logging on through MSN for iPhone to work. Pet friendly; some barking dogs. Staff was great and helpful.

The toilet paper was very hard. Our bed had a dio in it at the head of the bed. Other than that it was very nice

I was very happy with checking in and the front desk staff. The next morning I went to get breakfast and the only thing I really like is toast with strawberry jelly. I asked for strawberry jelly and the lady doing the breakfast just says no we do not have that. She didn't even look for any or look my direction when I asked her about it. I know this is a small issue to most but its what I like and I don't understand why that flavor would not be an option.
