Our stay at Heliades Residence was amazing! Panteris was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and super attentive. The room was clean and updated. It had everything we needed. There were gorgeous sunsets outside our unit and the pool was clean and quiet. We sat out with a glass of wine and enjoyed the view every night. I could not recommend this property more!

This was the most perfect apartment hotel. Superclean, great sea view and the top quality apartment. The property is beautiful. Everything very new and excpetionally clean. There are great views from a large terrace with a small communal pool which is incredibly nice. We were made to feel very welcome and the host accommodating to some needs we had folllowing flight issues. The location is also good with a local town within 10 mins walk with some shops and resturants. I would recommend a hire car to provide easy access to Chania and the surrounding areas. I will definitely stay here again.

The place was pristine and easy to find. The Check in process was a little awkward as we did not realise there was no onsite reception. We had to do some ringing around before we got someone, they said they had sent infomation via booking .com ,( as we were with Hotels .com , that didnt work) and we did not recieve any.
