It was honestly the best hotel experience we have ever had! The staff were friendly, the food was good, the spa treatments were to die for and the rooms were stunning. But the best part was how amazing the staff made our trip. The hotel is very clean and modern, very comfortable. It’s conveniently located from the beach and old town. Free shuttle service provides easy transportation for going out. The hotel is a Palace of Freud ship and kindness . I travelled to many places all over the globe but was overwhelmed by the hotel crew. Especially Jessi from reception/Concierge was amazing . She organized and followed up like a personal assistant- always kind and friendly. She made our stay memorable and never a hotel employee did.
