Sebastian, Roberto and the rest of the staff at Residenza d’Epoca were incredible!!! Best location right in the heart of Florence, walkable to all sights. Stayed in a deluxe room and another room with our family - looked out onto the beautiful piazza! Phenomenal custom order breakfast and open bar (all day long) was the cherry on top! We will be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay. The location in the square cannot be beat. The view from our room and from the breakfast table were wonderful. Once you find it the first time (use the numbered address and ring the bell for entry, do not look for a sign) the location near several landmarks makes it easy to find your way back. The breakfast was good and the complementary lounge area was unexpected and very welcoming. Don’t expect ultra modern furnishing, this is charming and spacious and old worldly with lovely paintings, fresh flowers, and beautiful historic furniture. We would stay again when we return to Florence.
