This place was cozy and cute. Nice bathroom!! I was very happy with this place. Price was excellent as well. The only thing I didn't like was the only coffee offered was instant and tasted awful. But other than that the decor was great and room was super cozy. Would for sure stay here again.

2/10 Poor

Outside temperature was in the 90's and the room was hot and never did cool down. The window-shaker portable a/c unit was undersized for the room. There was no other means of air-circulation; no fan and the windows couldn't be opened. Even if they could, it would have just let more road noise into the room. I was given the room immediately adjacent to the road (Highway 30) and the friday night traffic noise was terrible. The noise from the a/c unit helped drown out the traffic noise but the a/c unit turned-off for no apparent reason in the night. The external door latch hardware was very loose and only residential quality offering no sense of security. The door fit so tight in the frame that it stuck and had to be forced open. It's an older motel and regardless of the owner's rebuttal of that as an excuse, the room needs to be remodeled and conditions improved in order to demand the price that I paid for it. I was disappointed and happy that my wife didn't accompany me on this trip as she would not have stayed there.

Average smallish city motel. It was clean and kept up. The bed was amazingly soft! I would stay there again.

Do not use
This place was disgusting. I had taken the lady a sock, dog collar, and a baby toy I found under the bed. The bathroom was nasty. The door you could see the black marks. The toilet seat when sat down would side you off. There was an awful smell so we had to go get carpet freshener to spread throughout the room to try and mask the order. The refrigerator was leaking that the whole area was wet. We had to keep our shoes on for that and the carpet freshener. Overall for the amount we paid that was the worse experience ever!

6/10 Good

It was ok for a somewhat cheaper motel. It wasn't worth $70 in my opinion. But the worst part is its right next to a major road that was busy and loud. I could hear every car zip by and the police cars several times . And its also next to a railroad. That was very loud honking its horn the e tire way through. I didn't get much sleep.

This appears to be a 1950’s tourist court. That being said, it is in very good condition for its age. Don’t expect too much and you should be satisfied.

Room is clean. Can't park near my room due to other vehicles not leaving room. Motel is old and tired but will work for a night.

Cool little, locally owned place. Lots of character. Friendly staff, they let me check in earlier then 2 and they didn't have to. Close to downtown and all the going on's. Fair price, I'm a big supporter of locally own/small businesses.
