Perfect location. Easy parking. Fast friendly check-in and straight in to Beautiful town. This is a very basic hotel but that is not a bad thing if you’re just staying a night. It was clean, the bed was lovely and the shower was good too and that was all l required.

Hotel is right in the centre and next to a big parking lot, where you can pay with an app in the morning. But the pillows are round and fat so you can only sleep in one position. I had to create a self-made pillow out of towels. Also no sound insulation whatsoever.

We liked the location of Hotel Primo to the Gare and the Christmas markets. The staff was hospitable and warm. The beds and linens were clean. The breakfast was okay. The downside was the toilet, it was dirty and smelly and definitely needed a good scrubbing, streaks and marks were quite visible which was a total turnoff.

Our room for 4 people had 4 twin size beds and basically no other room to put bags, etc. WiFi didn’t work at all and the TV remote barely worked. We thought it would be ok considering the price but if you plan to spend any amount of time in your room, I’d look elsewhere. The front desk staff was so kind!
