Our experience was outstanding and wanted to really thank Andrea Fortis for welcoming us and taking care of us, organising my dads birthday cake and giving us the best experience ever. Don’t think it twice and book a room a LEVEL at the sixth floor…it is worth every penny. The staff is ultra friendly, views are amazing, Andrea from reception smiled every minute of our stay and Andrea from breakfast did likewise during service! Our little one felt like home and the attention to detail was amazing!
