Great hotel. Very friendly, courteous and professional front desk staff and woman hosting at the breakfast was simply wonderful. Amazing breakfast (nice variety of food - yoghurts, homemade granola, fruits, smoked salmon, vegetables, pastries, eggs, pastries, coffee machine) and good quality food). We were a family of 4 and we fit fine - we had our own good sized room with a solid wood door and second door separating the shared bathroom - so all noise was blocked out. The kids stayed in the living room with a slept on the pull out bed in what would otherwise have been the living room space. It was tight for them but they loved it. There was a small kitchen and seating area. Very nice really - compact with the kids occupying the living space. It perfectly fine as loads of room for bags in the main bedroom. No views- outside not particularly appealing but that was fine as the area was right perfect close walk location was great - right across from the castle and a few minutes to the arena/Piazza Bra (also where the buses stop). The bathroom was nice too. All modern/new feel and clean. Kitchenette nicely equipped and there was a selection of teas and also instant coffee provided. Would certainly stay again. We liked that it was just on the edge of the busy tourist area and not smack in it…so calming. Good quality bed (and think the same is true of the pull out but I didn’t test it).

4 Night stay in Verona for Valentines
Check in was easy, bags carried to room for us. Location is great, easy walk to all sights and restaurants. Staff are very friendly! I booked the studio and it was beautiful exactly like the pictures and worth the money, it was spacious, loved the colour changing shower, bed was extremely comfortable , and it was very tidy! I could not fault my stay here at all and will most definitely be back if I come back to Verona

Very spacious room. this is much more like an apartment. Ours was 2 levels with beds and bathrooms on each level. Great proximity to the city of Verona. Staff was very helpful.

Well located, but small rooms
We stayed for 1 night as a family of 4 in early June 2017. The hotel is well situated very near the castle wall and minutes from the centre of town. The entrance makes it look run down, but inside it was fine. The rooms were a bit small, but good quality and clean. The shower had a drainy smell, but otherwise was good. Breakfast was offered in a box at 5 euros, which was disappointing, so we ate in town. Try Gusto pizza takeaway round the corner on the main road - good value and tasty. We also ate at La Cantina del 15 which we enjoyed.
