This is not a nice hotel. It is nothing like the advirtisement. Rooms are dirty, food is terrible, there is no entertaiment, and the staff was unpleasant.

My worst hotel experience - ever!

Called ahead twice to enquire about early check-in. Was told I would have to pay which I did on checking in around 1.15 pm but after having paid was told I could not go to my room until 3 pm. Had to insist on getting my room which some supervisor allowed in the end (after much fuss). This incident was very disturbing. Also, hotel advertises free wireless internet but does not say it's ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY and NOT in your room. Absolutely ridiculous and dishonest advertising. Ask hotel to call a taxi and was told it would be there in 5 minutes as it was somewhere nearby. Taxi took about half an hour which caused me to be late for a wedding I was attending. Generally, the staff is dishonest and discourteous. I have travelled the world and this is by far the WORST experience I have ever had.

Bueno puedo decir que este hotel es un desastre, las habitaciones muy feas, el aire acondicionado en mal estado,la comida muy mala y antihigienica. El snack cuando llegamos no habia comida,pero tampoco en la noche las personas podían comer.nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion más de dos veces.y lo que menos me gustó es que no están cumpliendo con lo que les compramos a ustedes a través de la pagina.compramos una habitacion y luego allá nos dieron la más económica y por mas que nos quejamos no nos la quisieron cambiar pagamos por una superior y una suite y nos dieron una standar eso es de muy mal gusto y no les da credibilidad a ustedes como intermediarios. En fin no vuelvo a celuisma ni regalado. Gracias

Nightmare experience.

This place keeps changing its name because of how terrible it is. I picked it on a pinch but looking back I would pay anything to not stay there. I had a dead bird in the room when I walked in, no ac on a 90 degree weather, horrible check in, and the filthy pool and sheets horrible.

Hotel was disgusting!

Ac did not work, they were suppose to fix it and never did. Front desk staff was very rude. Bartenders were okay but were trying to be stingy with the "FREE alcohol"! The rooms were disgusting, looked like a motel. The pools I would not even go in because it was all children in there probably peeing. The beach was okay, but there were sand fleas and ants crawling all over us. The food was mediocre. Just not a place I would recommend to anyone, which is why the resort was 95% locals and maybe I saw 5 tourists from outside of Dominican Republic. All in all, experience was not a fun one. I would say it was memorable though because of how disgusting it was overall. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!!!!

You get what you pay for

This resort did not offer any comfort or worthy entertainment. At check-in they didn't have my reservation. I waited close to an hour for them to contact Expedia and resolve the issue. The food drinks are not even worth mentioning.

Olimme Celuisma hotellissa lomailemassa kaksi viikkoa. Loma sujui moitteettomasti ja pidimme hotellista sekä hotellin henkilökunnasta. Ruoka oli myöskin hyvää. Mikäli olet tottunut luxus kohteisiin, tämä ei ole sinun paikka, mutta ehdottomasti oli hintansa väärti.

The hotel is out dated and in poor disrepair.The room conditions are horrible,unclean,and the service is terrible.The food leaves much to be desired and also unclean there was a fly in the soup casserole and the bar needs everything!This hotel should should not be in operation!!

My worst vacation iexperience n Playa Dorada

This resort has seen it's day. It needs a total renovation. The food was horrible and the selection was limited. The deserts were nothing special at all. The room was dismal. The bedding was hard and the room smelled of urine. I wouldn't house prisoners in this location. We all got very sick from the food. There was hardly any shows or interactive entertainment. I couldn't wait to leave.

no me gusto el hotel celuisma playa dorada

El hotel tiene un servicio malo lo que ofrecen no es real el teléfono para pedidos y reservas no sirve no hay vigilancia en la playa los restaurantes todos estaban llenos, no hay planificación de reservas para comer en los distintos restaurantes, la comida es mala siempre esta fría en el bufet común, no limpian la playa siempre esta sucia, la nevera de la habitación esta completamente oxidada, no limpian la piscina con frecuencia, nos dejaron en espera para entrada de habitación durante una hora entregan llaves a las 3:00pm y espere hasta las 4:00pm total mente malo no lo recomiendo a nadie para ningún topo de actividad.
