Poor Hospitality
Over all the resort was moderate. I found the comfort and cleanliness to be well taken care of, as well as the pools and Jacuzzi.
The resort is heavily lacking on their customer service in the dining area and bar area. Many afternoons we stood at the pool
Bar with NO service even though 2 bar tenders were on duty. Other afternoons there was no bartender at all to be found. The service in the dining area was lackluster at best providing little to no drink service during your meals. Even though it was buffet style you were not allowed to serve yourself and when you were serviced you were given very small portions. The food was very bland and they offered the same foods everyday with little to no variety. The wait staff in the restaurant seemed very annoyed and put out that they needed to serve the guests. Overall I would not recommend this resort and I will definitely not be staying here if/when I return to Tobago.
