We are experienced travelers, and this property gets an A++! Our family has NOTHING to complain about; absolutely wonderful experience. Great room, great property, wonderful location adjoining beach. Two fantastic huge pools. Food was amazing… gained weight on trip. Miguel at check in, Geo from tour company, the Chef, the wait and bar staff (to include the college interns), even taxi service all did an amazing job! Thanks so much! I went there for 8 days the kitchen people and the housekeepers where very pleasant excellent people very helpful politely and very sweet one huge thing I did not like was the so call manager named Andre’s was very rude disrespectful just cuz we ask a for bottle of water which had to be 2 bottles per day and he said no it was every other day and that we had to recycle like really where was the sanitation part that’s was not appropriate for tourist people or just any one specially when it was 100 degrees out there I feel like he was very disrespectful the way he said things at least say let me see what I can do but will never go back there just of this so call manager

There are parts of this property I really liked and some that were just so-so. First off, the food is 10/10 and the majority of the staff was great. We had the master suite which was huge. It comes with a full kitchen but absolutely no kitchenware. Not even a fork or a pot. There were 2 glasses but sometimes the cleaning staff forgot to replace them. The pools were nice, the saltwater one attracted less bugs. My recommendations are: make sure you have plenty of cash for tips before you go (no ATM), bring your own water, mixers, booze, etc as they don’t have a store that has much of anything. Both the excursions we cooked through them were 10/10: snorkel/sail and a day trip that included rum, beer, a river tour, lunch and more. I get the feeling that this used to be a timeshare but is no longer operated as such.

We stayed here with our 2 kids and we loved it. We didn't have to walk far to get to the pool or beach. Restaurant had great food, and the staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay again if looking for a relaxing low key vacation.
