The hotel was terribly noisy during the night as it's close to a major road. The room was also completely different from what the pictures show. I booked a two queen beds room which is supposed to be 323 sqft with four chairs in the room. But actually the room was way smaller than the number they marked and there was only one chair with a very small table in the room. When we were trying to negotiate with the receptionist about the room, we were told that that was the only available room, as long as there are two beds, it's what I booked. Their attitude was very bad, we had an argument. And the receptionist does not speak English at all.

La ubicación es muy buena, para mala suerte dieron una habitación que estaba mal un colchón miles de escaleras que en la descripción del hotel no decía, si van con personas adultas pregunten por la habitación, le falta un buen mantenimiento visible al menos a la habitación que nos dieron.

Las primeras 2 noches fueron de poco dormir ya que la habitación daba a la calle y mucho ruido durante toda la noche, pedí nos cambiarán de habitación y accedieron muy amables y rápido, estuvimos mucho mejor, descansamos de los ruidos de la calle en general estuvimos agusto

A pesar de que se te da la opción de pagar en la llegada el hotel te exige días antes que pagues la reserva completa o te dicen que se verán obligados a cancelarla. La habitación es mucho más pequeña de lo que se ve en fotos, aunque es perfecta si lo que quieres es solo un lugar para llegar a dormir. La regadera está diseñada de manera en la cual si la abres de más empezará a mojar el pasillo del baño y después la habitación como tal.

El lugar es adecuado para descansar, está el el primer piso, subes 33 escalones y llegas a un salón y al rededor de este salón están las recamaras, el estacionamiento esta junto al hotel, el problema es que no es propiedad del hotel y no hay lugar donde puedas dejar el auto para descargar tus maletas, pero te acostumbras el primer día

Fue buena la experiencia en cuanto a descanso las camas son riquisimas , bonito lugar muy centrico, lo unico q veo mal es lo del estacionamiento deberian espcificar que el estacionamiento es publico y que el personal q esta en la entrada del hotel debe estar mejor capacitado para orientar a los huespedes que llegamos como primera vez ya que uno no sabe cual es el proceso para ingresar y como el hotel esta en la avenida pues se hace un caos si te estacionas sobre la calle , de ahi en fuera todo muy bien.

A nice place to stay for the price. This is a renovated historic building, so it’s older but very clean. It’s well-located in the Centro Histórico but there is a lot of road noise. The staff are extremely nice & attentive.

El lugar tal cual esta en las imagenes, pero al reservar seleccione la habiatacion con cama King y al llegar me dijeron que ya no habia habiataciones y me dieron una habitacion con cama matrimonial al mismo precio, tuve que aceptar porque ya no habian mas hoteles con habitaciones disponibles
