Beautiful hotel with a lot of space and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel is very charming and it is great for children. The shuttle to Hue helps but it was difficult to get a Grab and there are only 2 decent dining options outside the hotel, with 1 only open for dinner. The hotel is great but it is remote and there is nothing nearby, so either book this hotel to spend a lot of time there or plan ahead with their shuttle.

Breakfast was great with lots of choices and dinner was also very good with a surprisingly expansive wine list. One of the nicest properties stayed in Vietnam. The main pool is absolutely gorgeous. Incredible onsite spa. Rooms were very spacious and luckily we were upgraded. The guest services staff also went above and beyond to sort us out (and created a WhatsApp group). They ensured our reservations were managed, gave us a room upgrade and let us use the villa pool area when the main pool got too loud. Would love to come back and relax in Hue here.
