into the abyss

The room looked as if it had been robbed. No artwork on the walls just nails in the walls. The mattress needed to be replaced as there was a deep curve in it which we kept rolling into. Maybe the rooms on the 4th floor haven't been updated. We have stayed there many times and were pleased.

Never going there again

The hotel condition throughout IS terrible and needs immediate renovation. The room ceiling and walls are peeling. The carpet and recliner are filthy. The bathroom walls have holes in them. The toilet is cracked and the tub ceramic is worn and rusted. The shower head and faucet both drip constantly. Although it’s been a few years I’ve stayed there in the past and never saw such condition. I will NEVER go there again. I complained to the stall and management and got the impression they didn’t care.

My first room at the hotel was in bad sad shape with holes on the bedspread. I was so tired. I wanted to make this room work, but couldn’t because the bedsheets were just too old and damaged. The room smelled musty. The rugs were ripped and worn. The bathroom shower head was disgusting. We asked for towels and they would not bring them to the room. My mom needed extra pillows for her head because of an illness and they said they were out of pillows. They did not even make an effort to go look for some for us. It was horrible.
