We had a great time at Treetops! The room was great. Clean and very nicely designed, yet simple. Only thing I was missing is a microwave to heat up leftovers from some great meals we had on the island. A pool was being built, so the property is about to become even greater. Aubri was very kind, and super helpful with anything we needed, and even arranged our cabs to get back to the airport when the dreaded departure day came.

Hotel’s staff communicated very politely and proactively. Our understanding (which is very subjective, of course 😊) of “private beach” was the access to beach where one can swim, enjoy the water , and do a little bit of very elementary snorkeling. What was offered to us is more of an access to water where none of the above listed activities can be done. To sum up, we realised that the term “private beach” was used very loosely in the description of this property.

Audre was a huge help, even arranged our taxi and water taxi for us from the airport. Nice, clean room, with plenty around to do. The swim up bar next door was one of the best parts- go see my buddy Brayan over there and get with Captain G with Nemo’s Adventures for a day of fun snorkeling, fishing, and checking out the other islands! We had the best stay at Tree Tops. I was the perfect location- easy walking distance from everything, but not right in the middle of the town. It was quiet, clean, and a beautiful view. Audre, the manager was so easy to communicate with, anttentive, and ensured we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The hotel is on the quieter end of the island. Nothing is a far walk and there were bikes available on a FCFS basis. This hotel has no pool but we made use of a resort a block away with a pool by buying drinks and food when we felt like a dip poolside. Our apartment was so clean and felt safe. Water pressure is very low (conserving water of course) but challenging to shower. Bed was very firm but comfortable and great pillows. Thanks for a fantastic stay, Audre and team.

We stayed in the Turneffe studio for 11 days and it was lovely! The studio is roomy with a comfortable king bed, a large bathroom and shower and a kitchen equipped with a small fridge and coffee maker. Our stay at Treetops Hotel was nothing short of amazing! The staff is amazing. The location is nice just outside the hustle and bustle of the main part of town but an easy 15 min walk to town. Or even borrow one of their bikes. Great spot on Caye Caulker
Treetops is in a great location. Far enough South to have some quiet time and close enough to get to everything. Bicycles worked well but sometimes they are all checked out. Very comfortable beds, generous room size and very clean. I would definitely stay again. No onsite restaurant was not a problem - lots of eating locations nearby. Audre was very welcoming and helpful.
