Booked this place online coz it looks like a good deal but ended up being a scam! Though online costs say everything is included, at check in they asked to charge extras like cleaning fee and if you don't pay they refused to let you check in. If it's not so late in the evening would have gone elsewhere but ended up paying more than 3 times the original price online and wasted lots of time and lost trust and this place! Also breakfast looks pretty good as to first but they are looking behind your back the whole time at what's supposed to be a buffet. Super unprofessional place, Definitely go somewhere else, this is the worst hotel in Japan and maybe even the whole world

Sadly this is not the quietest capsule I've stayed in... the screens fail to keep the sound out...bathrooms are a trek from the room so if you've got to use them in the middle of the night be prepared to take a stroll... and finally lets talk about the neighborhood... if you want to be in the heart of the red light district this is the place to stay

This hotel really surprised me and exceeded my expectations. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. Many amenities are provided. There is a public bath, but it is small and gets crowded at night. And there are two washer/dry units as well. Breakfast is also included for free for all guests. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will come back here the next time I visit Hiroshima.

Nice cabins but being ear plugs
The location was great - very close to the train station. The facilities were super clean and in nice condition. The staff were nice. I stayed in a cabin room with shared bathrooms. While everything was nice, the rooms had no soundproofing. I could hear people open and close their screens, snore, walking in the hall, rummaging through luggage, etc all night. Next time I stay, making sure I’d have comfy ear plugs

Internet cafe with the private room is better than this hotel room. Doors are super goddamn loud and it doesn’t show that door in the pics. I feel very unsafe with the room because literally anyone can sneak in if I’m not there but they have CCTV at least at the hall way. Room is very dusty at the vent window.

Very nice hotel approx 600 meters from train.laege room.good size bed.window that slightly opens. Hugh bathroom with bath and wet shower. Separate toilet. Staff speak or understand little English. Little instructions tv etc are in English. No hooks or rails to hang towels or washing in room.breakfast disappointing. Little western type food. No cereal or yogurt or fruit.Great mens and women bathhouse downstairs.overall hotel was very good.exceptionly clean.
