Sugar sands is an awesome place to stay. The hospitality of the front desk staff is superb. The tiny house was in amazing condition and so comfortable. The staff around the property were very friendly. The proximity to the beach was great and it was a short drive to either the Wharf, the beach, or Foley.

We stayed here for the first time last week! We stayed In the seabreeze tiny home :) this place was super clean and we had so much fun. Staff is very friendly and the rv park is quiet at night. Definitely plan on staying here again :)

I loved the tiny homes. Only thing i didn’t like was how hot they stayed, but no one’s fault. The unit was messed up and they were waiting for parts. Overall a great stay. We all enjoyed the pool area as well.

Awesome little RV resort with the option to rent out into homes for a fraction of the price to rent anything on the beach. Amazingly family & pet friendly with beautiful pool (with waterfalls and fountain jets), a playground, splash pad and fitness room. Large shared community area with games and events. Staff was friendly and always close by if you needed help. Will definitely take my family again!

We had the coziest stay here! Plenty of room for a family of four. The loft was a great place for the kids to sleep in. With the beach water being closed, we took advantage of the pool and loved how it was kid-friendly. I didn't have enough time to take advantage of the fitness area but noticed that they had a squat/bench rack, including several dumbbells and treadmills. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

We stayed in a tiny house, The Wedge, and it was fantastic. The home was adorable, clean and spacious. The park is beautiful, quiet and well cared for with a cute pool, splash pad and playground. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. It was just a short drive to the beach, restaurants and stores. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone!!

Very nice RV park and very clean park. Employees were very friendly. One of the air conditioners did break down while we were there but we managed. Management did work with us on this and did make it right.
