This is a nice property and the people who own and run it are very kind and helpful. The area is not scary, it's very convenient from the highway, and the price is great. We travel to Nashville several times a year for business and we always come to this hotel.

Our stay was fine. Would’ve liked more TV Chanel options. Did not like discussing politics at check in. As a Canadian your service agent (although friendly & efficient) should know that Canadians don’t think making Canada a 52st state is something that should be joked about. Convenient quiet location. This was a decent hotel for being in a pinch. Unfortunately, they allowed me to Book a room that wasn’t available and moved us to a room with smaller beds. We then had to pay for a roll away bed to make up for the loss of bed space. The shower was dirty with a lot of hair on and in it. I would stay again if I were in a pinch but I wouldn’t if other options were available.

Filthy!! Sketchy people staying there.

First off, we were given a smoking room, I booked non smoking. We were put on the backside of the hotel which felt like they stuck us with the rest of the sketchy people. Pull around and there’s a needle by our car. Drug use. there was no microwave. The room was filthy and stunk. Floors left our feet black as soon as we took our socks off. Chair in corner was sticky and full of burn holes. Blankets had burn holes. Random pill on floor in bathroom along with scum and gross stuff from not sweeping dusting or mopping. Just insanely filthy. Towels were cheap and thin. Pillows were small and not fluffy. Only three of them on bed. Just gross…

First, there is a pet fee which they did not specify when I made the booking. Second, the room had a very foul unclean smell. The beds were comfortable, but the linens and bedding were so thin we had a hard time sleeping because we were cold. I got up to take a shower and that didn’t work. The water was hot but you were only able to take a bath not a shower. Ridiculous!!! I will be requesting at least a partial refund.
