Hotel Cheyenne
Fantastic themed hotel. Bed and pillows very very comfortable after a day in the parks. I was in Soaring Eagle block 22 (room 82) and I must say my room smelt very musty, particularly the bathroom. The hotel shop was the same. Seemed clean enough, just a very strong damp/sour smell. Thought it might be rooms that didn’t get used often and that it might dissipate once I’d been there a couple of days but it didn’t. Coffee machine in room fantastic, and themed toiletries replaced daily. Can’t fault location, and shuttles every 12 minutes taking you straight to park. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Whole place looked tired. If this wasn’t Disney, would expect to pay about €60 for the room for two people not the €400 we paid. Sink didn’t drain away properly and kept awake by children crying from a room some way away. Plus points - very convenient for walking into Disneyland Paris!!

The hotel at best is a 2.5 star equivalent to a Comfort Inn or Extended Stay America. It was NOT worth paying $600 for 1 night. The breakfast at the Chuckwagon Cafe was a cattle call…food was cold and environment was one of those that you wanted to get in and get out. Overall, sorely disappointed about this Disney property. It’s a lower cost alternative than its Disneyland brand hotel (which we did stay at for the second night)…they tried with the western theme and some of it worked in the main buildings but the room buildings were basically comfort inns or worst. Shower had no water pressure, beds were hard and small…and it just looked like it was cheaply done. Once and done…never again.

The Main photo was what first attracted me to us staying there - the wild west (in a modern way). Its a lovely quiet village effectively and was just what we needed. The buffet meal on the evenings were great with so much choice.

I have really mixed feelings writing this review as I so wanted it to be a magical experience, but it wasn't as good as it could have been. I went during a heatwave. I knew it was going to be hot so booked this hotel rather than Santa Fe as it had air con. Arrived to find hot air coming out of the air con. Complained. Maintenance came and said it was broken, now fixed, will take half an hour. Well it never kicked in. We had to sleep under wet towels, it was that hot. By the third day the air con was unbearable. I asked again for it to be looked at before we went to the park. When we returned it was hotter than outside so I complained again. I have been back two weeks and I am still waiting for the manager to contact me, who was meant to contact me on this third day. Maintenance came and said it was going to take 3 to 4 hours to fix but we could go to another room down the corridor. We agreed to move. We waited and waited for new cards. We rung again and were told they were ready but we would need to wait for someone to bring them. Eventually I gave up and went to get the cards. I picked up the keys and had no offer of help to move us. We started looking for the room, up and down the corridors, only to find it wasn't even in the same block which made the lack of offer to help even worse. We were now finally is a cool room but half the holiday had been ruined and was miserable. Breakfast and breakfast staff were fab though! I hope it is better for others.

2 night solo stay
A 2 night stay at Cheyenne began with online check in a week before. On arrival, everything was ready and I was able to access my room which was large and clean. Accommodation is in 2 story blocks and I’d requested a ground floor room when checking in online, which I got. There are no lifts. The site is large and my room was about a 3 minute walk from reception and the Chuck Wagon restaurant, where breakfast is served. This is fine when dry but a disadvantage when it’s raining. There is a frequent shuttle bus service to the parks running every 15 minutes or you can enjoy a 15 minute stroll along the river and through the Disney Village instead. Overall, a pleasant stay with enough amenities for the short time spent in the hotel. The Wild West / Toy Story theming is fun.

Really gross. There was used floss on the floor. Insane price compared to the value resorts at Disney World and for a much grosser accomodation. Insanely outdated. I wish I booked somewhere else and coughed up the extra $100 to stay at what I assume are the moderate hotels. 1/10 save your money and stay somewhere else even if it’s off property.
