New hotel in a Lovely area of town. Approx 7 min walk to bus/train terminal. The hotel was spotless, the staff were eager to please and the breakfast was delicious. The only minor issues were: the bedside tables are almost too small- the side which has telephone is pretty impractical for person sleeping on that side of the bed to use it for anything else. Only other minor issue was no conditioner in shower/ bathroom. Neither of these would put me off staying again, it was an excellent stay!

This would be a 5-star property except for one glaring problem: the parking garage is not large enough for registered guests. If you show up to register late or return from a late dinner, you are locked out. The call button will say park 0.3 miles away in a park on the street until 9am then move or get charged by lot owner. Daunting task for someone with lots of luggage or mobility issues unaware of the area. If handicapped, choose a different hotel.

Great location, excellent breakfast, weak A/C
Great location, new building. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are on the smaller side, in-room air condition is quite weak (we had 85 deg F outside, it took the a/c several hours to get the room cooled down to 75 deg F, still too warm for a comfortable sleep). Parking at the hotel is available, however limited. We had to park off-site in a shopping mall parking lot (about 3-5 min away).

A perfect location for shopping and eating in Recklinghausen.Clean and comfortable. Construction next door was not pleasant, but the building is almost done. Not the fault of the hotel. I do wish the in room coffee was better. There is only instant and a kettle. There was, however, a good quality breakfast included and served until 10:00. A mini fridge would be really nice too. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend.
