My recent stay
My stay was good. The check-in went smoothly and everyone was polite and I was told about the time for breakfast. Breakfast was enjoyable and I was happy with how clean and nice the room was. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place to stay while in NJ or NY.

I booked two queen beds, did not get that Calle ahead of time was told I would get an air mattress but you don’t have those?? Arrived and was told that the room I had had only one bed there were 3 of us! They did end up giving us a room with a sofa bed! Just frustrating after a 5hr drive!!

Location is great if you have a car. It’s right near the intersection of two major highways, and right next to the parkway as well. You can drive to NYC easily, or take a bus from the mall that’s a few minutes away. Clean room, spacious suite, amenities were available. The lotion was actually pretty good lol. Only complaint is the shower curtains. Seems like hotels love these cloth feel curtains that move a lot while showering. Water went everywhere. Pressure on the shower was amazing though! Would stay again just because it was so quiet. Sometimes you need a break from everything!

Just ok nothing fancy
Overall it was clean but our restroom smells like pee and it was not because of the toilet its just smells all over the bathroom not sure what happened there before so i had to leave the door close at all time and there was no windows and no fan so it was kind of stuck there. The chair by the desk definitely needs a change it was extremely old that the leather layer keep pouring like a powder on the ground! The beds were clean and they had 24hr coffee and hot water in the kitchen The breakfast included boiled egg, yogurt, poached egg, bagles,some fruits and jams and cheese and etc. The staff were nice but the receptionists not really friendly they were just ok!
