We have had the privilege of visiting the establishment numerous times with our entire family, including our grandchildren, who cherished their time in Warsaw. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the kitchen personnel, particularly Ms. Bozena and Agnieszka, who consistently provided delectable local cuisine. Their dishes were prepared with utmost skill and complimented by world-class presentation and taste. Our grandchildren have developed a deep affection for the country of their grandparents. "The hotel was lovely. Only problem was charging my cellphone. Several outlets were not operational."

"A nice location in the newer business district was convenient for a few food halls, plenty of Zabka convenience stores, and walking to the old town, etc. Our room was comfortable on a high floor, and the hotel is set away from the street making it quiet at night. Everything was very clean and tidy. There is a coffee shop and a restaurant in the lobby. The hotel is also pet friendly."

"Exceeded my expectations. Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Location is not central, but trams and buses run frequently and take you to any part of the city within about 15 minutes. Tickets can be purchased through the jakdojade app, but require the nuisance step of first depositing at least a minimum amount -- roughly equivalent to 6–8 rides -- into a prepaid "wallet". These tickets need to be validated through the QR codes on buses and trams. I liked the bistro cross the road and the Krym restaurant a few minutes away. Gorgeous parks right at the hotel. One caveat: my room was facing the back and was quiet, especially with the window closed; rooms on the opposite side face a major intersection and might be noisier."
