About this home

All relevant personnel including management and cleaners have completed and received a certificate for the COVID-19 infection control training module via the department of Health Australia.

Specific procedures undertaken prior to each check in and after each checkout:

Located at the end of a very quiet court, you will feel at home as you soon as you walk in the door of this contemporary beach house. Well appointed, spacious, with all the modern comforts you would want in a modern beach house. The whole family will enjoy relaxing in the comforts that this property has to offer. A spacious lounge room at the front of the home is perfect for relaxing and watching the flat screen TV. The light filled hub of the home is at the rear offering a wonderful modern kitchen and huge dining area, spilling out onto the enormous undercover deck with large outdoor dining table. The backyard is huge with plenty of space for all kinds of activities including a wonderful swing set/cubby and slide for the little ones.

Doonas & pillows are provided & beds have mattress protectors fitted.

Tea Towels are provided.

Linen hire is available through Phillip Island Line Service. Please note that any linen orders must be placed within 5 business days of your check in date. You may simply reply to this email for further details and costs.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.

Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.

At any time

there is to be NO LOUD: (a) Aggressive behaviour (b) Yelling, screaming and arguing (c) Cheering, clapping and singing.
Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.



PETS: Pets are allowed but must be mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you have not organised to bring your dog).

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.
