During our stay, we enjoyed excellent cuisine, with a variety of delicious and well-prepared dishes. The beach and the pool were spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Additionally, the entertainment service was dynamic and very fun, offering activities for all ages. However, the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom left much to be desired, as they were not kept in proper condition, which affected our experience in that regard.

If you are unsure, wait and it all works out great
When we first arrived my wife was not happy. The first impression wasnt so great, the place is very big, and my wife didnt like how far away everything is from our room. So i said to her, lets give it two days, if you are still unhappy we'll leave early and find a normal hotel. Thankfully, the next day she was happy. After you understand how the shuttle system works, its easy to get everywhere in the resort. The people are very friendly and helpful, the entertainments are fun. The food is good. The beach is great. In the end we were very happy, and we will gladly stay here again.

The buffet was good, the fish market and the los olas restaurant were excellent, the pool and bars were good. The only bad thing was that my wife and I got bitten many times during the night. the bites I believe were from bed bugs.This was the worst I've ever been bitten in all of the travels we have taken.

The staff was overall great. There were some that stood out more than others like Eric in the buffet and Jose a train operator. However didn’t have very much success with housekeeping. Very difficult to get towels and face towels.
