During my family trip to Florence, we had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel that exceeded our expectations. Although we booked through Hotels.com, a professional manager facilitated our seamless check-in and -out processes and promptly addressed any issues that arose during stay.
The hotel was very clean and well-appointed, featuring 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining area with 6 chairs, a separated living room from dining area, and a terrace outside. The inclusion of appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine greatly enhanced our convenience and comfort.
Strategically located, most major attractions were within a 10-20 minute walking distance. Since hotel located to the left of Axial Maxim Hotel, the property was easy to approach via Google Maps. Just look for a Venchi chocolate shop; the hotel is situated same building.
Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Duomo allowed us to enjoy its magnificent view directly from bedrooms. The nearby Carrefour Express made it convenient to quickly obtain any essential items we needed.
Since it is winter, we were concerned about heating and hot water, but the systems functioned flawlessly, keeping us warm and comfortable throughout our stay.
The only minor drawback was the absence of an elevator, as the hotel is located on the 5th floor, which required some effort to access. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall exceptional experience.
