Amazing!!! The staff was nice ans pleasant. I wished I remembered the woman’s name. She had “San Diego” on her name plate. There were technology issues that resulted in me not having a booking visible. She worked quickly to fix the issue and my son and I were able to rest after a long day of traveling and being with my dad at the hospital.

I have photos of my room, it was not all the way clean. There were women's hairs in my sink. There was a bottle top on the floor and there were hairs in my tub when I checked into my room. I always book through hotels.com but this wasn't a good situation. It was late in the night when I checked in but I wasn't excited about the room because of those things.

Very nice place, situated in North Las Vegas away from all the congestion on the strip. Had a very nice room with a pool view, large casino down the hall. Lots of eatery's in the casino or right next door if you want to walk or drive and only 30 minutes from Hoover Dam.

Good for a one day stay
It was very basic- it was suppose to be smoke free but there was definitely smoking happening in the hotel room area. We were put away from the casino so smoke was less but marijuana smell and smoke in the halls walls. Very basic not updated. Front staff person was very nice. No perks in the room.
