Unfortunately there was no hot water working during our 1 night stay. Also, no one at the front desk was available at check in or a 9 a.m. check-out without calling someone to come which felt like an inconvenience. Otherwise we slept well.

This hotel has MO hot water. We checked in and was sent to our room. It had not been cleaned. The beds were not made, trashes not emptied, and we got blamed for it. We paid $20 extra for a king suite and got a queen. They refused to refund the difference. Would not refund our stay for no hot water and were so rude.

Pretty run down place, seemed our room had plumbing issues (toilet struggled to flush, tub didn’t drain, sink didn’t have a plug) and the towels needed to be retired to dog towels or car cleaning towels. The pillows were also micro size.

I’ve stayed in a Motel 6 that was cleaner than this hotel. Filthy, mold in bathroom, extremely outdated furniture, breakfast area gross. The hotel is in a very nice area, which is deceiving as you would not expect such a run down establishment in this area. I will attach pictures of the mold in the bathroom. I would have left after seeing the condition of the room but the kids just wanted to sleep after a long day of traveling. Coffee machine broken, juice dispenser broken, breakfast looked so gross we just left. Would never stay here again, this hotel needs a major overhaul. Could actually be a big money maker with the location. However, in its current condition it’s nothing more than an over priced motel 6.

The hotel is OK. Only that if you ask for anything , the front desk will say “ I cannot leave front desk. You have to come here to pick it up “. No toothpaste. Shower was broken the first day. Very minimal breakfast. They need to improve their service.

Tarnished beauty

Nestled in downtown beautiful Provo with beautiful views. The hotel gives you that old towne charm and upkeep vibes, once entering the hotel you slowly lose that vibe. This hotel has the charm and a lot to offer if given the chance. The rooms are dated and could use a lot of TLC to match the outside feel. The pool was closed which was disappointing considering it was an indoor pool and 1 of the reasons I booked here. The staff is friendly and professional and takes pride in giving you your morning breakfast and welcome.

The bed was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and safe. The fridge and microwave were a nice addition to have and very clean. The cable option and WiFi was really nice to have as well. Overall a great hotel! Excellent room, property, and staff. I definitely recommend it!!

Extreme cigarette smoke smell

The room was inexpensive so I did not expect much. It is very old, not clean, and there was barely any linens on the bed. My biggest complaint is that the room was so Smokey that I could not sleep. When I left, all of my belongings smelled like smoke.

poor management. poor quality. ripped linens, curtains, carpets that were stapled. washer/dryer that did not work. pool that was not clean. furniture missing hardware. chairs whose seats were ripped or the vinyl topping completely missing. they're lucky I gave it a 2 star.

Went down for a family wedding and was close to everywhere we needed to be. Room was beautiful and accommodated all 5 of us comfortably. Even had Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom for extra luxury!

We checked into our room and noticed the toilet paper dispener was falling off the wall. My wife called to front desk to inform them. They said they would make a note, i also noticed the tub facet was coming off the wall and the desk had a large scaratch and stain. Informed front desk. Ice machine was out of order, the washer/dryer was out of order and the main carpet was stapled to the floor, did not even try to coverup. The hot tub was dirty and hadnt been cleaned. Breakfast was cold bread and muffins, a tour bus came in and cleaned all that out at 6am. Went back at 730 and still not restocked. No maintenance, poor shape, will not stay there again.

There were no towels for shower onlu hand towels. No cups in room for coffee. Not very personable. Went to turn my key in stood there forever to talk to someone. I didnt see a soul. I will never stay here again
