Had to share a parking lot with Sharky’s, which is one of the busiest places in town. That sucked. Also, Señor Frogs is right next door and we were only 3 rooms over from the edge and they do karaoke until 1AM. Other than that, it was okay. Needs to be updated but it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

I arrived and was told service animals are not allowed at ALL. I was then informed Florida doesn’t have to follow that law regarding service animals. That’s a new Law to me. Well we had to stay at the sister Hotel SEAHAVEN. You pay for what you get. They only had 1 Luggage Rack for the entire hotel. It barely rolled. The pluses are it’s on the beach and it’s near several restaurants.

Just came for a baseball tournament, pretty much served its purpose. Nice view from Patio stayed on the 1st floor so literally was steps from the beach. Bathroom door handle had came off as soon as I got there but they never fixed. Maintenance man left my door ajar thank God nobody went in my room I guess. Not really a lot of room yo park but they do have over flow parking across the street.

View was awesome. Beds and bathroom were clean. The rest...not so great. Broken elevator, broken air conditioning, fuzzy tv signal, dirty floors, constant smell of pot on balcony- they have a no smoking policy but dont enforce it. No trash can in the room. But the view and proximity to the beach and price...I have no regrets.

Excellent location - walk out the back of the hotel, and you are right on the beautiful white sand beaches and the ocean. There’s also a pool, if the ocean water hasn’t warmed up yet. Each room has a nice little balcony (or patio on ground floor) to enjoy the view. The hotel is sandwiched between two theme restaurants: Sharky’s with karaoke and Señor Frog’s with live DJs and cover bands. Both of these can be heard from the rooms, so if you’re hoping to go to bed early, you’ll probably want to avoid the Spring Break season. The parking lot is fairly small and shared with the two restaurants, but I only had to circle a few times to avoid parking next door or across the street (where additional free hotel parking is also available). Plenty of food and souvenir shops in walking distance. (attached pics are from the balcony of my room)

Well Hotels had it rated as a 10, the price was fantastic, the location beautiful. The rooms view and closeness to the beach were marvelous, parking was great. The room was a disappointment panel missing on ceiling, water just warm, bedding, pillows, mattress, and furniture plus curtains all old and not nice. Pool and elevator were not working. None of the doors would close correctly. But can't beat the location right between Senior frogs and Sharkys.the beach was beautiful

We arrived and found bed bugs in our room. Staff was prompt in getting us a new room that just so happened to be adjacent so it had bed bugs too. Staff was friendly and helpful in refunding and resolving my issue but the hotel itself is in poor condition, no working elevator and the office is closed so you have to work with a hotel down the street.

Where do I start? Checked in and started unpacking and the toilet needed a new wax ring so water was all over the floor. Started to get a shower and I heard water leaking from the ceiling into the tub. Was moved to another room and the ceiling was leaking in the same spot just not as bad. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to fall apart, so not much sleep the entire vacation. The beds were so uncomfortable even the kids complained with back pains. The only good thing I can say about the stay was the evening staff. They tried their best to make sure things were good, but they can't fix everything.

Bed was broken upon arrival and when told the front desk they just put the broken piece back under the bed in hopes it would stay. No hot water to take a shower and when reported to the desk nothing was fixed or even offer to switch rooms. Trash was left in our room by someone while we were out. Upon telling the desk multiple times about issues we were told to contact management at another location. No refund offered or anything. Highly do not recommend staying here.

We arrived on time for check-in right at 4pm or room wasn't ready for another hour so check-in was at 5pm for us. Got to the room there were old contacts from previous rental on the bathroom sink. The bed was so uncomfortable and the sheets had pubic hair on them. Needles to say we slept on top of the comforter with a throw blanket we brought from home. TV is very fuzzy picture wasn't worth having in the room. Only 1 elevator and only 2 luggage carts so the elevator wait times were crazy and you literally had to chase someone down to get a luggage cart.

At first appearance, everything looked fine. I walked through the room and started noticing some things. The pictures posted online look nothing like the inside of the room. The building is old and in need of a major update. The ceiling had water spots and damage, none of the lamps were plugged in, the refrigerator and microwave weren’t even plugged in. The tv was super small and the remote had dead batteries. The balcony was obviously not cleaned after the last guest because I found a dirty cup, dirty swim trunks, and dirty boxer shorts. While I know we’re at the beach and sand gets everywhere, I feel that the floors could have been swept and mopped to get all the sand left behind from the previous guest. I will say that the front desk clerk was very friendly, the bathroom was clean, and it was conveniently located.
