Great location for a short visit to downtown Chicago for sight seeing. We found it easy and inexpensive to get an overnight parking spot elsewhere with spothero and walk 5 minutes to the room with our luggage. Room was very clean with a nice view and comfy bed. Front desk were very friendly and helpful. The only real downside was waiting on the 2 elevators that run to the upper floors which can take 5-10 minutes during busy times.
