Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was awesome with just the right amount of options for our family. The room was clean but the bathroom was small. It also has a bit of a musty smell to it and the temperature in the room felt odd because it got warm at different times of the night. The pool/hot tub was just right and we appreciate the regular cleaning. We also appreciate how well lighted the parking was. Our family definitely enjoyed our staycation.

The front desk person was rude and took my cc and charged me even though I’ve already paid with it through the app. The area felt very unsafe and signs around the area that said there were issues with theft. Horrible smell in rooms. I guess that's the reason they kept the exhaust fan in the washrooms on as you walk-in after checking in. In the morning I heard the family next to our table talking about the same issue and so did 2 of my co workers that stayed with me in their own rooms.
