This is the thrid time we go El Tesoro de manzanillo hotel and all times we have had a great experience, plus the beach is incredible because there are no high waves and the water is on calm most of the time

The location was great - beach front. Our room was great, nice ocean view. Evening entertainment was good. I think the thing we didn't appreciate much was food variety. Being that it is in Manzanillo, we expected more sea food options. Looks like beach didn't admit sellers, so we didn't have fresh fruit, coconuts, etc. That was more fun just down the way. It is okay to stay if you don't care to drive around and see the city. If you like fun mariscos, fruits, etc. no need to stay in 'all-inclusive'.

Well kept and looked after. Food was ok. Biggest negative is the very very very loud pool during the day 8:30-6:30. You can’t get away from it even in your room. The windows shook. The show almost broke my eardrums too… couldn’t watch it.

I loved our trip here. We really enjoyed the private beach and the pools. One thing i didn't appreciate is that some staff told us we had to pay for wifi and on our last day another staff said oh no its free. So while we enjoyed being unplugged it was hard to keep in touch with family & work. Also i didn't really like the food, i would've enjoyed more variety and FANS, please install fans for the heat and for the flies. The night entertainment was amazing just needed some fans for that heat. Overall we'd go again!

Hote fantastic food needs a lot of work
We spent 2 weeks at Tesoro. The building and rooms are lovely as is the pool and incredible beach. Staff were fantastic. My only complaint was the food. The buffets were ok but strictly Mexican food. The two restaurants of Mexican Food and Italian food rotates nightly. We went to Italian and I have to say any meat was grossly over cooked and the pasta was crunchy. I know they r trying but it was bad. We were maybe one couple of 4 that were from North America. It was all Mexican travellers who are so nice and we enjoyed it.
