Never ever put me in a room in the bacement. No windows, sunshine and fresh air.

Poor housecleaning
The housekeeping was below minimum. We had ask for cleaning everyday. However everyday we had to ask the reception for clean towels and minimum of cleaning for the bathroom. This was after the deadline at 16:00. The toilet smelled of urin and the sewer smelled even worse. Finally on the last morning we ran out of shower soap and toilet paper. Not once did we get the floors cleaned or the beds made. The breakfast buffet was very nice and delicious.

Detaljer betyder.
Fint läge med utsikt över Humlegården. Sjaskig fasad när de tidigare plastväxterna på fasaderna rivits dåligt och ersatts med ingenting. Ser chanserat ut. Bra bar med fin service. Dålig omsorg om detaljerna. Brickor med disk man tagit upp på rummet tas inte bort av städningen. Inlämnad tvätt återlämnas inte till rummet. Petig frukostpersonal går runt varje bord och upplyser om stängning. Små detaljer hela tiden som ger känslan av att gästen är mest till besvär. Onödiga detaljer som drar ner intrycket av gästfrihet.
