People at desk are not too friendly. Bathroom sink wasn't clean enough upon arrival. A light needs to be over table and chairs. Also, highway noise was too much and people above us were making all kinds of noise. Donuts were stale.

It was good. In line with price. When people opened and closed doors, ours shook a bit. Was annoying. Overall was in line with pricing for this area. Reception personnel were great. Woke up late. Did not try breakfast.

The good: clean, modern, roomy, friendly staff, felt safe. The Bad: hallway smelled strongly of pot. Right off highway so pretty noisy. The Ugly: cheaply constructed so you hear EVERYTHING! The kid running and jumping off the bed upstairs, the couple arguing across the hall, even people just talking in the hallway as they passed by. Not conducive to sleeping at all. Overall: will not stay at any Hawthorne Suites again.

I had a 2 night stay. When I came back for the second night it was obvious that the maids had been in the room because the trash was emptied, and the towels were changed out. However the bed was not made, the coffee was nor replaced, and the bathroom counter and mirrors were not cleaned. If the counter and mirrors weren't cleaned I doubr they cleaned the tub or the toilet.

People were walking all through the facility without masks on. The pillows were somewhat yellow. We paid for another hotel and left the day we checked in. I was getting away with my kids and felt unsafe with so many people not wearing masks. I was fully unpleased with this stay.

Made a reservation on hotels the manger called to confirm my stay I arrived after driving 3 hours an she told me I didn’t have a reservation when she called to confirm 3 hours prior then tried to have me pay for my room again an pay a 200 incidental when it’s only 100 I even showed her my confirmation number an ask for her name an corporates number she threatened to call the cops on me an then called hotels to confirm my reservation an then say they can’t accommodate me never will make a reservation here again unprofessional

Great experience! Everything was clean, dishes, utensils provided. Loved the layout of the room, outlets were very accessible and the staff was great. We were so happy there was a legit breakfast even during covid- muffins and bagels and juice, plus the coffee was wonderful and they had real creamer (not the powder crap) - plus they are dog friendly!
