Excellent location and value for location! Very clean, simple rooms and the coffee breakfast was a nice bonus.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Hours for hotel coffee start too late and the bar / food ends too early for a business trip. Hotel was clean, rooms were appropriately sized for the location.

4/10 Fair

Pretty thin on amenities and a very small room for the price. Breakfast restaurant doesn't open until 7:45. Great location, though.

6/10 Good

Hotel is clean and conveniently located but the water dispenser in the hotel broke and they have a cafe and there was no access to clean water! You can’t run a hotel and cafe without clean water!

10/10 Exceptional

The check-in was quick and easy. The clerk was friendly. The "little Queenie" room was just what we needed while visiting the City. A comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The shower was large. The room and bathroom were spotless. Check-out was just as quick as check-in. I really like the nearness to Union Square and the bus lines. I will definitely return to Hotel Stratford.

This is definitely a no frills hotel but Location location location! This was our first time taking the BART from the airport and it was so close and easy.

As a female solo traveler, it’s good. It’s not super LUXURY but it’s not sketchy at all, it’s good to get by
